1. General Transaction Terms
All checkout information, including your name, address, phone number, and email, must be valid. We may cancel an order if false information, promotion abuse, or suspected fraud is detected.
2. Online Payments
Online payments are processed by an official gateway using the available methods, including Virtual Accounts, QRIS, and e-wallets. Order status updates automatically based on official payment notifications.
3. Payment Verification
An order is confirmed after its payment is verified. Manual bank transfers are verified by an admin, while online payments are verified through official gateway callbacks and notifications.
4. Promotions and Vouchers
Product promotions and vouchers may have an active period, usage limit, and minimum purchase requirement. A voucher may be rejected when its conditions are not met or its quota has been exhausted.
5. Shipping and Tracking Numbers
After payment is verified, the order is prepared for shipping. A tracking number becomes available when the order status changes to shipped.
6. Policy Changes
These terms may be updated at any time to reflect store operations, regulations, and payment partner policies.
